NUTRICARE ASSOCIATES LLC was founded by Antonio Celester, a dietary manager and chef with more than 40 years of hands-on experience in long-term care and acute care facilities.
Over four decades, Antonio witnessed the same operational challenges repeat themselves across facilities of every size — fragmented documentation, compliance gaps, inefficient menu planning, and dietary teams stretched too thin to deliver the personalized care residents deserve.
He founded NutriCare Pro AI with a clear purpose: to build a technology platform that solves the real operational challenges dietary teams face every day, drawing on everything he learned working alongside dietitians, chefs, and care coordinators in the field.
